Her work focuses on dining trends and the people changing the industry — and scouting the next hot restaurant you need to try on Eater's annual Best New Restaurant list.

If tweets and retweets are to be believed, NYC chef Mark Ladner of Del Posto may well be opening a "quick-service gluten-free pasta restaurant." A Kickstarter for a restaurant called Pasta Flyer is slated to launch after Memorial Day, and Ladner has been working on gluten-free pastas at Del Posto so it's definitely a possibility. [Eater NY]
