Her work focuses on dining trends and the people changing the industry — and scouting the next hot restaurant you need to try on Eater's annual Best New Restaurant list.

Mark-Ladner-Pasta-Flyer.jpgIf tweets and retweets are to be believed, NYC chef Mark Ladner of Del Posto may well be opening a "quick-service gluten-free pasta restaurant." A Kickstarter for a restaurant called Pasta Flyer is slated to launch after Memorial Day, and Ladner has been working on gluten-free pastas at Del Posto so it's definitely a possibility. [Eater NY]
