After 100 years of operating an now-iconic New York City appetizer shop, Russ & Daughters can finally tell guests to take a seat: Eater NY has a look inside the Russ & Daughters Cafe, which mirrors the original in its neon lighting, herringbone floor tiles, and slicing counter. But the cafe — owned by fourth-generation Russ family members Niki Federman and Josh Tupper — branches out with an open kitchen, full bar, soda fountain, and table service (which delivers plates like matzo ball soup, smoked fish platters, and egg dishes).
