Watch the Official Trailer for Can Roca's Film El Somni

The documentary focusing on the El Celler de Can Roca brothers' culinary opera El Somni will hit theaters on May 9, so here's the official trailer that gives viewers a look at the dreamlike experience created during the 12-act performance piece. As previously reported, Joan, Josep and Jordi Roca teamed with artist/composer Franc Aleu to create a multi-sensory event with light and video projections, opera music, and of course, stunning, meticulously crafted dishes.

Back in 2013, Joan Roca told Eater: "The goal is to make the diner feel like they are on stage, not in the audience. They are immersed in it and not just watching." But now, those unable to snag one of the coveted seats and just go ahead and watch here:
