Here's a Preview of Small Thyme Cooks, a 'Culinary Coloring and Activity Book'

Here's a look at the new culinary coloring and activity book designed by winemaker Andrè Hueston Mack (out May 1, buy on Amazon). According to a press release, Small Thyme Cooks is for "food nerds of all ages" and the pages features prominent chefs like April Bloomfield, Tom Colicchio, Sean Brock, Alice Waters, and Marcus Samuelsson.

The book includes activities like a mushroom word search with Anthony Bourdain, unscrambling fish names with Eric Ripert, a mad lib style restaurant review, and "other delicious wastes of time." There's even a page to "design the food truck that would launch your restaurant empire" featuring Kogi BBQ's Roy Choi and a restaurant critic disguise kit with New York's Adam Platt. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Charlie Trotter Culinary Foundation. Here's a look at some of the pages:
