SCOTTSDALE— Scottsdale, Arizona will play host to the fifth-annual Arizona Taco Festival on October 18 and 19. As in years past, dozens of taco-making teams will compete for "Best in Show" accolades in four primary categories — poultry, beef, pork, seafood — all while doling out $2 tacos and side dishes to attendees.
