New York City's "Japanese beef emporium" Takashi announces the launch of a "cheek to oxtail" beef tasting flight that fits 16 different cuts of beef onto one plate. Eater NY reports the large-format meal will "follow the anatomical order of the selections" in its presentation, atop a "specially made platter crafted by a carpenter friend of the restaurant." Only three offal-filled platters will be available each night, for $30 per person. [Eater NY]
