New York Times restaurant critic Pete Wells took a look at the ramen craze, and included in a side bar listing his picks for the city's best ramen the underground/pop-up/soon-to-be restaurant Mu Ramen. Owner Joshua Smookler tells Eater NY the mention caused him to get 2,000 reservation requests in the past 24 hours. Due to the overwhelming response, the underground eatery has cancelled all reservations going forward. [NYT, Eater NY]
