smooklers.jpegNew York Times restaurant critic Pete Wells took a look at the ramen craze, and included in a side bar listing his picks for the city's best ramen the underground/pop-up/soon-to-be restaurant Mu Ramen. Owner Joshua Smookler tells Eater NY the mention caused him to get 2,000 reservation requests in the past 24 hours.
