OpenTable Woes

sbp.jpgRemember last week when uber popular San Francisco restaurant State Bird Provisions switched to OpenTable and demanded proof of humanity in their fight against bots making reservations? It seems that some diners received an email that told them: "Some reservations were inadvertently opened to the web that did not in fact represent available tables. Now, much to our chagrin, we've had to cancel your reservation because we quite simply don't have the space to honor that spot." Eek. [ISSF]
