Gavin Kaysen reveals some new details about his upcoming Minneapolis restaurant Merchant, which will take over a 6,000-square-foot space in the city's North Loop. Kaysen tells the Star-Tribune that he will draw inspiration from his late grandmother Dorothy: "One of the concepts that I have for the menu is to create a 'Dorothy's Dinner' and change it every day... You come in and gather around a communal table and break bread the way my grandmother would have fed you." [Star-Trib] [Photo: Facebook]
