In a "victory for fondue," a restaurant in Zurich has won a three-year legal battle over the smell of their cheese, with the courts ruling that they do not have to pay fines for being stinky. The fondue restaurant owner was also awarded damages to be paid by his neighbors who had "retaliated" against the restaurant by bringing "a speciality smelly fish from Norway into the restaurant and started eating it in front of customers."
