Here are your Wednesday afternoon cookbook deals, as reported by Publishers Marketplace. New York City's hit Cambodian sandwich shop Num Pang is getting into the cookbook game. Creators Ben Daitz and Ratha Chaupoly have landed a deal with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt to publish NUM PANG: 100 Recipes to Revolutionize Your Dinner from New York's Favorite Sandwich Shop. The 100 recipes will "recreat[e] the bold flavors and textural dimension that has made their mini-empire a success." No release date has been announced yet.

Next up, bestselling Smitten Kitchen Cookbook author Deb Perelman has landed a deal for her next cookbook. The book will be published by Knopf, and no title, release date, or further details have been released yet.

Lastly, award-winning cookbook author Stanley Ginsberg (Inside the Jewish Bakery) is writing an as-yet untitled cookbook about rye bread. On board as editor is the legendary Maria Guarnaschelli (The Zuni Cafe Cookbook, The Splendid Table). He will be "exploring and celebrating the history and traditions of rye bread baking" with "nearly 100" recipes. The book will be published by Norton, and there's no word yet as to release date.
