After months of anticipation, crazy animated videos, and menu sneak peeks, Roy Choi's new restaurant POT made it official today inside Los Angeles' Line Hotel. Eater LA reports Choi teams with chef de cuisine Jude Para-Sickels to offer a menu of family-style hot pots (in three different sizes), panchan, Korean barbecue, and entrees with names like "Dang, Son" (spicy rice cakes) and "Boot Knocker" (a version of budae jjigae). POT is now open daily, from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Choi has hinted that delivery service will start in the near future.
