Marian Harper Levine, owner of New York City's famed Carnegie Deli, has filed a lawsuit against her husband and his girlfriend that accuses them of siphoning $10 million from her accounts. A stepdaughter is also named in the suit. According to the New York Daily News, Levine accuses her husband Sanford Levine, the manager of the deli, of forging her signature on checks. Levine's girlfriend/former Carnegie hostess Penkae Siricharoen is accused of helping him launder the money; Levine has also accused her "verbally of stealing her cheesecake and pastrami recipes" in the past. Levine already has a lawsuit out that accuses her husband for keeping Siricharoen on payroll after she no longer worked at the deli.
