VARIOUS LOCATIONS— Just in case you'd like to celebrate Easter while shopping for housewares, Swedish furniture emporium IKEA will host a traditional "Swedish Easter Smörgåsbord" at all locations on April 11, offering an all-you-can-eat brunch buffet of gravlax, salads, Swedish cheeses, and of course, Swedish meatballs with mashed potatoes. NEW YORK CITYAlfred Portale's celebrated Gotham Bar & Grill celebrates its 30th anniversary throughout the month of April with a "Gotham 30 Menu Series" representing collaborations with five famous Gotham alums/friends. Chefs Daniel Boulud, Tom Colicchio, Thomas Keller, Jonathan Waxman, and Bill Telepan will each lend a couple dishes to the anniversary menu during their designated weeks; each six-course tasting menu is $150.
