During Pizza Week, Eater Chicago held a hotly contested poll to determine who served the city's best deep-dish pizza, and the iconic Lou Malnati's came out on top. In a video posted today, the staff revealed how they celebrated: As owner Mark Malnati announced the win, two employees dumped a Gatorade cooler full of tomato sauce on top of him, Super Bowl-style. (Malnati did not appear to be scalded; so the sauce was presumably cold.) Said Malnati on Twitter: "They got me. Whatever happened to Gatorade?" The video, below:
