Watch a Behind-the-Scenes Look at NYC's Joe's Pizza

Undeniably iconic pizzeria Joe's Pizza has been open in New York City since 1957 (when slices went for 10 cents), and founder Pino "Joe" Pozzuoli still oversees operations today, even at age 77. In this edition of Eater Moving Pictures, Eater NY visits Pozzuoli and his grandson/current general manager Sal Vitale to talk pizza history and quality. "When you do pizza, you gotta have a little feeling, you know what I mean?" Pozzuoli says. "You gotta feel what you're doing. A little heart and then you do good." Vitale also talks about how he was "born into pizza": Many of Joe's current staff members have literally watched him grow up in the restaurant. Go, watch:
