Los Angeles chef/grilled cheese enthusiast Eric Greenspan has been tapped to host the National Geographic Channel show Meat Heads. The show will follow Greenspan as he travels across the country "on a hunt to find the most mouthwatering, meatiest recipe," and wild game is probably on the menu: According to Deadline, Greenspan's locations of choice include spots "off-road, over fences," and generally off the beaten path.
