While in the kitchen of a "prominent Chicago restaurant," the Chicago Tribune's Kevin Pang discovers a list of staff protocols for handling a diner who has been identified as a food critic. After stressing that it is "imperative" to pay attention to solo diners, the list dictates that "under no circumstances should we reveal we know their real identity," and suggests staffers "remain calm and composed.
