Michelin to Launch a New Guide to Nordic Countries

As previously reported, the folks at Michelin are expanding their reach and creating a new guide to Nordic countries. Michelin reps now confirm to Eater on April 15 a Nordic guide will launch with the information from the Main Cities of Europe guide. But the 2015 guide to Nordic countries will feature new, as-yet unevaluated Nordic cities.

Nordic cities currently under the watchful eye of Michelin include Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo, Stockholm, and Gothenburg. Reps would not confirm which cities are being added to the 2015 guide, writing: "In respect to the inspectors to be able to work anonymously for a while we will announce the potential additional cities in the coming time." Meanwhile Nordic chefs might want to keep an eye out for passive-aggressive solo diners.
