Beard Award-winning Houston writer Robb Walsh has landed another cookbook deal. After focusing on barbecue, Walsh is now turning his attention to chili for The Chili Cookbook.
Publishers Marketplace reports that the book will feature over 65 recipes "reflecting diverse chili traditions and histories from throughout America and around the world." To that end, Walsh will cover "classic Tex-Mex style chili, vegetarian chilis, international chilis and more." The Chili Cookbook will be published by Ten Speed Press, but there's no word yet on a release date.
