NYC's iconic Katz's Delicatessen has filed suit against local pastrami food truck fleet Katz & Dogz for trademark infringement. The suit claims despite "every effort" to settle the matter out of court, the trucks' refusal to change branding "resulted in plaintiff being associated with food products and restaurant services over which the plaintiff has no control." The truck also alludes to the famous Katz's scene in When Harry Met Sally by offering to give customers a "Reuben orgasm." [Eater NY] [Photo: Twitter]
