In an interview with HitFix, chef Roy Choi reveals his food-television pet peeves: "For cooking shows, they have to show the flame in the pan. If you work in any real kitchen, if you show a flame in the pan at a sauté station, you're going to get pulled over by the chef. Some of those fallacies.
