Pit masters like Georgia's Chris Lilly, Raleigh's Ed Mitchell, and St. Louis' Mike Emerson are among the visiting barbecue experts, and they'll serve plates of barbecue alongside local pitbosses like Jean-Paul Bourgeois (Blue Smoke) and John Stage (Dinosaur Bar-B-Que). As in year's past, admission is free and plates of meat available for purchase a la carte. More information here. [EaterWire]
