A study shows that hamburgers have become the dish of choice in France, beating steak-frites and baguette sandwiches for the honor. Burgers are reported to be on the menu of three quarters of all restaurants in France and represent half of all sandwiches sold, with burger trucks popping up in cities like Lyon and Paris.
