Watch a Soda Can Implode in Slow Motion

Here's a video for those who get nostalgic over elementary school science experiments: The "Time Benders" take a slow-motion look at a self-imploding soda can, achieved by placing a can filled with a little heated water into an ice bath. The heated water creates steam that escapes from the can's opening, and when placed in cold water, it cools so rapidly that an "intense vacuum" crushes the can from the inside. Go, watch what it looks like at the super-slow 4,500 frames per second:
