Watch Chefs Discuss Art at the Art Institute of Chicago

As part of their Art and Appetite exhibit, the Chicago Art Institute posted videos of chefs discussing food-related works from the collection. The exhibit just ended last week, but you can still catch Paul Kahan inspecting a 19th century porcineograph (that's a pork map) or Graham Elliot looking at the work of artist Wayne Thiebaud.

Below, the latest videos from the series: chef Megan Neubeck (Terzo Piano) on John Sloan's painting "Renganeschi's Saturday Night," chef Jason Gorman (The Art Institute of Chicago) on "Still Life With Root Vegetables" by Robert Spear Dunning, and Karyn Calabrese (Karyn's Raw Café, Karyn's At Home, Karyn's Cooked) on the works of Joseph Decker.
