TMZ reports that a California man is suing McDonald's after a manager allegedly made racially charged statements when the man asked for more napkins. Claiming the manager "mumbled something about 'you people,'" Webster Lucas says he has suffered "undue mental anguish" and is looking for $1.5 million from the fast food giant. [TMZ]
