NYC's butcher/beer hall the Cannibal Beer & Butcher will open a location in Los Angeles in 2015: Eater LA reports owner Christian Pappanicholas, partner Cory Lane, and chef Francis Derby will bring their meaty concept to a still-under-construction shopping district in Culver City. For the first west coast outpost of Cannibal, the team plans to have an "expanded menu" and more than 500 microbrews in stock. [Eater LA]
