The biannual food magazine Cherry Bombe has announced the lineup for their inaugural Jubilee conference happening in New York City this Spring. Participating in the day long "celebration of women and food" will be prominent NYC chefs like April Bloomfield, Gabrielle Hamilton, Amanda Cohen, Anita Lo, and Christina Tosi and out of towners including Suzanne Goin, Katie Button, and Kristen Kish. Along with chefs, there will also be plenty of food media representatives including headliner Ruth Reichl, Christine Muhlke, and Charlotte Druckman. More speakers will be added to the lineup as the event gets closer.
The exact schedule has not been revealed yet, but the press release below mentions that participants will be leading "talks, panels, presentations and videos." There will also be food and beverage served at the event, but that lineup has not been announced yet. Editorial director Kerry Diamond previously told Eater that the magazine had been planning to host a conference from day one, but that last year's TIME magazine debacle inspired the team to launch the event sooner. Jubilee will be taking place at Manhattan's High Line Hotel on March 30. Tickets are $200 and will go on sale to the public on Thursday, February 20th at noon, following a pre-sale to magazine subscribers, contributors, and Kickstarter backers.
