Watch New Clips from Can Roca's Film El Somni

The film documenting the El Celler de Can Roca brothers' culinary opera El Somni debuted yesterday at the Berlin International Film Festival, and with its premiere comes a slew of new clips posted onto the film's YouTube account. As its spectacular, eight-minute trailer revealed earlier this year, the 12-course, multi-sensory event welcomed several celebrity guests, including Ferran Adrià and Harold McGee, who reveal their thoughts in the excerpts below. (In a conversation with chef/co-creator Joan Roca, Adrià says, "The video art withstood the food. It was a big surprise to me.")

There's also a closer look at the dinner itself — including its visual and sonic projections — and an interview with orchestra director Zubin Mehta, who talks about the relationship between music and gastronomy. Go, watch:
