Here's a preview for a short film by TIME magazine, which promises an inside look at The Last Days of wd~50. In the two-minute clip, the magazine collects memories from chef/owner Wylie Dufresne's friends and fans, who credit the chef for ushering in the Lower East Side neighborhood. "My first reaction to my first meal at wd~50 was not like, awe and pleasure," says Peter Meehan. "It was like, 'What the fuck is this guy doing?'" The cameras are also on-hand during the final service, during which Dufresne encourages his staff by saying, "Let's just yuck it up, one last time." Go, watch the preview above.
