Chef and Top Chef winner Kristen Kish is on the cover of the soon-to-be released fourth issue of biannual food magazine Cherry Bombe, which was just named one of Adweek's Newcomers of the Year. The "New School/Old School," features Kish with tousled hair biting into a green apple. According to an email from the Cherry Bombe team, the issue will feature a profile of Kish in which she discuses everything from her thoughts on opening her own restaurant to her story of being adopted as a baby in Korea.
The issue also includes an in-depth profile on food critic Mimi Sheraton, a story on cooking show host Ina Garten, and an interview with Modernist Cuisine's Nathan Myhrvold. Chef Illiana Regan, bloggers The New Potato, and the team behind NYC restaurant Dimes can be found in magazine's pages too. There will also be a cookbook section that promises to be a "celebration of the hottest new cookbooks." Cherry Bombe issue #4 hits newsstands this week.
