Chef and restaurateur Charlier Palmer — who owns multiple restaurants across the country — is opening a new restaurant in St. Helena, Calif. According to a press release, Palmer City-Core, the chef's hospitality firm, will soon begin transforming the historic Harvest Inn. Plans include a new restaurant called Harvest Table.
The 110-seat restaurant will feature an open kitchen and menu that focuses on "all things Napa Valley." The restaurant plans to source many of the ingredients from the Inn's gardens. Naturally, the wine list will also be "Napa-centric."
There will also be seasonal cocktails made with American spirits and house-made syrups as well as a beer menu featuring multiple Northern California brews. Eater SF notes that the space will feature an indoor fireplace and two outdoor terraces, too. Harvest Table is slated to open in the Spring of 2015.
