Here's a clip from the upcoming film Fucking Perfect, a feature-length documentary about Chef Sergio Herman, who shuttered his three Michelin-starred Dutch restaurant Oud Sluis last December. As production company TrueWorks describes it, Fucking Perfect — set to be released in February — is "a revealing story about perfection, ambition and sacrifices." In the clip, Herman does plenty of shouting and cursing in the kitchen and discusses how constantly working 20-hour days has affected his personal and family life — all in pursuit of perfection.
