Here are your Wednesday afternoon cookbook deals. Maine-based chef, farmer, and teacher Annemarie Ahearn has landed a book deal with Roost Books. According to Publishers Marketplace, it will be titled Full Moon Suppers: Menus and Recipes for meals from the Land and Sea. Ahearn's book will feature 12 seasonal meals derived from over 100 of her sold-out dinners at renowned Maine cooking school, Salt Water Farm. The book is slated to hit shelves in Spring 2017.

Next up, Talia Baiocchi and Leslie Pariseau, the duo behind the booze magazine Punch, have also landed a deal. Baiocchi and Pariseau launched the site with publisher Ten Speed Press, who will also publish the book, notes Publishers Marketplace. Called Spritz, it will explore "the culture, history, and revival of spritz cocktails." Baiocchi tells Eater that the book will contain 50 recipes — both classic and modern — and original illustration "inspired by the Italian liquor ads of 1930s, '40s, and '50s." Plus, there will be photography from LA-based photographers Dylan + Jeni. Spritz will be published in Spring 2016.

Finally, restaurateur Joe Carroll — who owns famed Brooklyn barbecue haunt Fette Sau and steak house St. Anselm — will publish a book with Artisan. Titled Feeding the Fire: Recipes and Strategies for Better Barbecue and GrillingAmazon reveals that it will feature 90 recipes. In the book Carroll will offer up his top 20 lessons on making "great fire-cooked foods at home" without any fancy equipment. The book will be released on May 12, 2015.
