In a year that was sparse on fine dining cookbooks, here is a minimalist beauty from UK chef Ollie Dabbous. Arranged by season, the book highlights dishes at Dabbous' eponymous London hotspot, which currently has one Michelin star. With moody, shadowed images from Swedish photographer Joakim Blockstrom, Dabbous: The Cookbook is a good bet for the London dining fan in your life.

Dabbous is available in the US now from Bloomsbury (buy on Amazon). Check it out.
