Here's the first trailer from Esquire Network's upcoming one-off special Restaurant Revolution. Just as the press release hinted a couple weeks ago, the show will nail home the "bad boy chef" theme, promising an in-depth look at some of the industry's chefs "who broke all the rules." In the clip, chef Jonathan Waxman reveals that "refrigerators and cocaine [are] really a bad idea," while Dallas chef John Tesar claims that "I threw cutlery; I slept with socialites." The show premieres November 12.
