Here's a new video series from the folks at Chefs Feed that chronicles the opening night of a restaurant: First up is San Francisco's hotly anticipated Hapa Ramen, which opened the doors to its first-ever brick-and-mortar location earlier this week. The video captures everything from chef Richie Nakano giving his crew a pre-service pep talk to the energy on the line as tickets roll in. Several patrons are also caught on camera taking photos of their food, with smartphone camera flashes dotting the dining room (the video also gives a glimpse at the photographers' go-to subject: the delicious-looking bowls of ramen). Go, watch the video above.
