All eyes were on Australian chef and television personality Curtis Stone when he rocked Beverly Hills with Maude just nine months ago. But the tiny, seasonally-inspired eatery has quickly risen as the city's critical darling. And, with only 25 seats, it's one of the toughest Los Angles reservations to finagle. Maude is Stone's first ever solo restaurant, and each month he centers his prix fixe menu on one seasonal ingredient. November is dedicated to truffles.
