Here's a clip from Esquire Network's upcoming one-off special Restaurant Revolution. The show promises an in-depth look at chefs "who broke all of the rules," including Wolfgang Puck who is featured in the preview. Puck talks about the process of opening his Los Angeles restaurant Chinois on Main in 1983. It was apparently "the first restaurant out there that married European techniques with Chinese ingredients." Puck — who is now an incredibly successful restaurateur — reveals that when he first opened Chinois on Main, he very much doubted himself. Restaurant Revolution premieres today, November 12 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
