Here's another video of adorable kids talking about good food: Chef Ludo Lefebvre (Trois Mec, Los Angeles) led a cooking class for kids in Los Angeles where he taught them how to make gnocchi from scratch. The chipper kids charmingly explain the recipe's steps in a way that only kids can ("We did this rolling thing-y.") So what's the verdict on the gnocchi? "It tasted really good." Best of all, the kids really like Lefebvre, with one little girl earnestly noting that he is "kind of like a professional." Go, watch the charming cooking lesson unfold.
