College Students Give Pizza Delivery Guy $1,300 Tip Because of Jesus

Here's some feel good food news: A large group of students at Indiana Wesleyan University surprised a local pizza delivery driver with a massive tip. According to the Indy Channel, the CEO of Residential Education Keith Newman was trying to illustrate a point to the students during their weekly prayer gathering at the college's chapel: "Do for one what you wish you could do for everyone." He then ordered $12.50 worth of pizza from Domino's (though hopefully not a pie of Smart Slices).

Upon arriving, the delivery man James Gilpin was brought to the stage in the chapel and presented with just under $1,300 in cash, $70 in gift cards, and "thousands of inspirational notes" from the students. Gilpin notes that he was completely shocked and that he will use the 10,150 percent tip to give his young daughters a great Christmas. To be clear, Tips for Jesus doesn't have anything on tips inspired by Jesus. Go, watch the local news story below:
