Chef David Muñoz Cooks Stateside; Four Stars for Achatz's Trio Menu

NEW YORK CITYChef David Muñoz of the three Michelin-starred DiverXO in Madrid will cook stateside next month with chef Matthew Lightner at the highly-acclaimed Atera. Only 18 guests are invited to this one-time dinner, set to take place on Monday, November 3. CHICAGO — Chef Grant Achatz's Next Restaurant is currently serving its Trio menu, and Chicago Tribune critic Phil Vettel has fallen in love with it. Though many diners who ate at Trio in the early aughts will enjoy how well it replicates dishes from the past, Vettel says that for those who never at at Trio "the menu is fascinating enough, and delicious enough, to stand on its own."

BOOK CLUB To celebrate the launch of her new book, baker and owner of Huckleberry Bakery in Los Angeles Zoe Nathan will pop-up at New York's Momofuku Milk Bar on Tuesday, October 21 to demonstrate several recipes from her book.
