In honor of Halloween, do enjoy this sweet treat from Mugaritz chef Andoni Luis Aduriz and his ongoing Candy Project, which he describes as a "serious analysis of candy." (On its official website, Aduriz writes that he's teaming with a sociologist from the University of Basque Country to collect data that will ultimately create a "world map of candies' cultural diversification.") For now, though, bask in this stop-motion collection of sweets from around the world, including candy from Japan, Russia, Chile, and more. Watch the video above.
