VARIOUS LOCATIONS— Munchies, the food channel of VICE, has announced the launch of a roving dinner party series titled, appropriately, "Dinner Party." According to a press release, the pop-up events will take place in cities like NYC, London, Miami, San Francisco, and Los Angeles — where Pok Pok chef Andy Ricker will kick things off November 12. The Los Angeles Times reports that chefs Danny Bowien (of Mission Chinese) and Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo (Animal) are among the chef participants. [EaterWire, LAT]

CASTING CALLS— Its second season doesn't even premiere until next week (November 4), but pint-sized reality show MasterChef Junior is currently casting for its fourth season: Producers are holding six open casting calls between November 15 and December 13 in cities like Philadelphia, Houston, LA, and New York. Those interested in having their child yelled at by Gordon Ramsay can consult the casting notice here. [EaterWire]

APPS— Bon Appetit will capitalize on your Thanksgiving dinner inadequacy fears with a just-launched app, Thanksgiving: A Bon Appétit Manual. The free app, now available in the iTunes store, offers 101 recipes, including one for "spatchcock turkey with anise and orange." [EaterWire]
