Marta is Danny Meyer and chef Nick Anderer's new thin crust Roman-style pizzeria in the Martha Washington Hotel on 29th Street. In addition to firing some stellar pies, Anderer is also having fun with pasta. He's offering a couple traditional pasta dishes in pizza form, and he's even got a play on fried mac and cheese. In this case, a creamy/cheesy fried pasta ball cloaked in tomato sauce.
