Here's a sneak peek of reluctant culinary diplomat/CNN host Anthony Bourdain in Paraguay. The third episode in the fourth season has Bourdain eating hunks of freshly roasted meat while fishing on a boat in muddy waters. "Outside of the cities Paraguay, is, of course, sparsely populated: indigenous groups, a few settled Europeans, Mennonites, Germans, and every so often a fishing lure and shot gun salesman." Bourdain is tempted by a cheap shot gun for sale, but thinks better of it and opts instead for "cold, frosty beverages" and whole, "tasty" dorado.
