Cronut king/pastry chef Dominique Ansel just dropped his highly anticipated cookbook Dominique Ansel: The Secret Recipes and is now in the midst of a multi-city book tour. The book, which went on sale yesterday, does indeed feature a home-cook adapted recipe for the Cronut — his famed hybrid pastry — as well as for cookies, tarts, and more.
Ansel will hit New York City, Chicago, and Washington D.C., alongside multiple cities in California, including Los Angeles and San Francisco. He will also make an appearance at the South Beach Food and Wine Festival in Miami this February. The full list of cities has not been announced yet, and the schedule will be updated here.
