Here's the trailer for the second half of the third season of The Mind of a Chef, PBS' Anthony Bourdain-narrated travel-documentary show. While the first eight episodes followed chef Edward Lee, the second set of eight feature Swedish chef Magnus Nilsson of Faviken. Known for his creativity and willingness to create out-of-the-box dining experiences, the clip follows Nilsson as he travels across Sweden, Norway, France, and the Faroe Islands in search of stellar ingredients.
Nilsson does everything from hike up the side of a cliff in search of a particular egg to cook hot dogs in front of the Eiffel Tower ("We believe this might be bordering on illegal.")
Part two of the third season of The Mind of a Chef kicks off Saturday, November 1 on PBS.
