NEW YORK CITY— Chef April Bloomfield's NYC hotspot the Spotted Pig will celebrate some fall 2014 cookbook releases with a series of announced cookbook dinners. Eater NY reports dinners dedicated to Thomas McNaughton's Flour + Water cookbook, Chez Panisse chef Cal Peternell's Twelve Recipes, and hilariously, the Portlandia cookbook, are currently on the calendar. At the latter, the Pig will serve dishes from the parody cookbook, including brussels sprouts with bacon and cedar-planked salmon with radish slaw. More information here. [ENY]
